The AI Shopping List: PlateParrot in Claude

With version 1.4 you connect your AI assistant to PlateParrot. Claude now fills your shopping list for you: you say what you’re planning, and the ingredients land in the app.
Sound familiar? You plan the week or a party, gather recipes and then type every ingredient into the list one by one. It’s much easier to just say what you’re planning.
Tell your assistant, for example, “Plan three dinners for this week” or “We’re having Christmas dinner for eight”. It picks suitable dishes and puts all the ingredients on your list. PlateParrot combines identical ingredients as usual.
Your assistant also knows your recipes and lists. Ask whether everything for a dish is already on the list, or have it save a recipe from the chat straight into PlateParrot.
You stay in charge of your list: your assistant can add things, but it can’t tick off, change or delete anything.
